What you will do

• Lead day-to-day operations for the Fraud Intelligence Product Line, ensuring consistent execution against plans and commitments.
• Facilitate monthly Fraud Business Reviews, coordinating inputs on team health, KPIs, operational performance, and financials.
• Manage operational oversight of a multi-million dollar Product and Engineering portfolio, tracking budget vs. actuals and forecasts.
• Lead headcount tracking, hiring progress, and workforce allocation across the organization.
• Identify and remove blockers to execution, coordinating dependencies across Product, Engineering, Risk, Compliance, GTM, and Support.
• Build and maintain dashboards providing real-time visibility into engineering throughput and productivity.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in business operations, program management, or operational leadership in large-scale tech organizations.
• Proven track record of driving execution and delivering results across complex, cross-functional environments.
• Experience supporting Product and Engineering organizations at scale.
• Strong operational rigor in managing budgets, headcount, and performance tracking.
• English: Fluent written and oral communication required.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship available).
