What you will do

• Provide comprehensive administrative and solicitor support to ensure smooth branch operations.
• Draft correspondence and complete legal forms and documents for clients, courts, and third parties.
• Extract and interpret key information from case files with high attention to detail.
• Manage a diverse caseload, including high-profile and complex matters.
• Collaborate closely with lawyers and support colleagues to achieve the best client outcomes.

Requirements

• Technical and administrative experience within a legal setting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and client care skills, including empathy for vulnerable clients.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload in a busy environment.
• Must be based in or able to commute to Nottingham for hybrid work.
