What you will do

• Architect and scale UI, API, and E2E frameworks using Playwright, Selenium, and Pytest.
• Lead Agentic QA initiatives by leveraging AI for autonomous test generation and self-healing scripts.
• Perform strategic manual testing for edge cases, usability, and new feature validation.
• Embed automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines to enforce strict quality gates and increase release confidence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams during requirement analysis, sprint planning, and design reviews.
• Conduct deep-dive root cause analysis to improve system observability and testability.

Requirements

• Strong experience building UI and API automation frameworks from scratch using Python and Pytest.
• Mastery of Playwright and Selenium for web automation.
• Proven ability to perform rigorous manual, exploratory, and usability testing.
• Experience working in Agile environments and integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Expertise in root cause analysis and collaborating with developers for defect resolution.
• Ability to identify and prioritize test scenarios based on risk and regression value.
