What you will do

• Define long-term AQA vision, tools, processes, and methodologies across the organization.
• Design, scale, and maintain automation frameworks using Python OOP, Playwright, and pytest.
• Implement AI workflows including agents, enhanced Playwright scripts, and log analysis.
• Own cloud-based test environments on AWS with Infrastructure as Code via Terraform.
• Orchestrate test environments using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Integrate automated suites into CI/CD pipelines for quality-first deployments.
• Lead team through performance reviews, PDPs, and mentor engineers.
• Defend architectural decisions and manage client stakeholders.

Requirements

• 7+ years end-to-end test automation with track record driving strategy and roadmaps.
• Team Lead experience: performance reviews, PDPs, defending decisions to stakeholders.
• Expert Python OOP for scalable codebases.
• Build/scale frameworks with Playwright, Selenium, pytest.
• Integrate AI into workflows for complex testing.
• Design/maintain cloud test infrastructure; Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes.
• Embed suites into deployment pipelines.
• Upper-Intermediate+ English for client discussions and presentations.

Nice to have

• Experience with large-scale POS systems and diverse configurations.
• AWS experience.
