What you will do

• Architect and scale UI, API, and E2E frameworks using Playwright, Selenium, and Pytest.
• Lead Agentic QA by implementing AI-driven autonomous test generation, self-healing scripts, and defect analysis.
• Perform strategic manual testing for edge cases, usability, and new features.
• Integrate automated suites into CI/CD pipelines to enforce quality gates.
• Collaborate across full cycle: requirement analysis, sprint planning, design reviews, and bug advocacy.
• Manage documentation, test data, metrics, and "Definition of Done" standards.

Requirements

• LatAm-based for remote work.
• Strong experience building and maintaining UI/API automation frameworks with Python and Pytest.
• Mastery of Playwright and Selenium for web automation.
• Ability to perform rigorous manual testing including exploratory, edge cases, and usability.
• Experience in Agile SDLC, CI/CD integration, and defect management with root cause analysis.
• Proven testing strategy to prioritize scenarios by risk and regression value.
