What you will do

• Architect scalable, maintainable test automation frameworks as the backbone of software delivery.
• Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies like Agentic AI and GenAI to enhance test coverage and efficiency.
• Partner with Development and Product teams to shift testing left and ensure testability at the architectural level.
• Mentor QE engineers through 1:1s, code reviews, and professional growth initiatives.
• Drive excellence in functional, regression, performance, and security testing within CI/CD pipelines.
• Analyze test results to provide stakeholders with quality metrics and actionable insights.

Requirements

• 7+ years in Quality Engineering with experience building automation frameworks using Cypress, Playwright, or Pytest.
• Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript, or Java; comfortable with code reviews and technical discussions.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, cloud applications (AWS preferred), and SQL.
• Track record managing technical teams, delegating, and fostering a culture of quality.
• Continuous improvement mindset for CI/CD, API testing, and process optimization.
• Hands-on use of GenAI for test generation, script enhancement, and industry advancements.
