What you will do

• Participate in design sessions to assess feature risks, dependencies, and impacts before development.
• Create, maintain, and execute end-to-end test plans covering edge cases and integrations.
• Balance manual exploratory testing with scalable automated testing.
• Design and maintain automation frameworks using Python, Robot Framework, Playwright, and Selenium integrated into CI/CD.
• Manage regression suites by updating and pruning test cases to prevent test rot.
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to define "Definition of Done" and bake quality into SDLC.

Requirements

• 5+ years in software QA with manual and automated testing for complex web applications.
• Familiarity with Salesforce platform and Experience Cloud for QA activities.
• High proficiency in Python; hands-on with Playwright and Selenium frameworks.
• Strong analytical skills for impact analysis on features, legacy code, and dependencies.
• Experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins), Jira, and API testing (Postman, Pytest).
• Proactive communication and ability to enforce quality standards collaboratively.
