Early Edge Rotational Program: Finance & Accounting Track

TL;DR

Finance & Accounting Rotational Analyst (Finance): Executing three 6-month rotations across Commercial Finance, Costing, and Inventory to support financial analysis and reporting with an accent on FP&A and accounting foundations. Focus on building financial models, analyzing large datasets, and partnering cross-functionally to drive business decision-making.

Location: Must be based in or be able to commute to Needham, MA, USA (Minimum 2 days per week onsite)

Salary: $32 - $34 per hour

What you will do

• Complete three rotational assignments across Inventory, Commercial Finance, and Costing functions.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including product costing and Retailer P&Ls.
• Build financial models and translate large datasets into actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Partner cross-functionally with Product Development, Supply Chain, and Marketing teams.
• Manage monthly and quarterly journal entries and perform monthly reconciliations.
• Contribute to forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and SOX compliance efforts.

Requirements

• Graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's program within the past year (2026 graduates preferred).
• Academic concentration in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
• Must be able to work onsite in Needham, MA, at least 2 days per week.
• Prior internship or co-op experience in a related finance role.
• F-1 OPT holders must have work authorization through March 2028 or later.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (modeling) and PowerPoint.
