What you will do

• Provide 1:1 coaching to members via virtual sessions using the hirify.global platform and tools.
• Help leaders identify and track clear goals, improve leadership skills, and communicate more effectively.
• Participate in an ICF-certified coach training program to master the hirify.global Coaching Methodology.
• Contribute to the hirify.global coaching community by sharing tools, insights, and best practices.
• Maintain ongoing communication with members via email and chat between sessions.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience leading technical research teams in AI/ML, healthtech, space tech, or adjacent organizations.
• Expertise in theoretical and applied AI/ML, large-scale modeling, computer science, or mathematical sciences.
• Must be based in North America or Europe.
• Ability to dedicate a minimum of 12+ hours per month for at least 24 months.
• Proven track record of designing and executing high-impact outcomes with researchers and PhD holders.
• High emotional IQ, self-awareness, and a strong growth mindset.
