Salary: $315,000 - $380,000 USD

What you will do

• Lead, grow, and mentor a globally distributed team of Applied AI Architects supporting nonprofits.
• Set vision, strategy, and operating model for AI deployment from discovery to ecosystem infrastructure.
• Establish hiring plans, team structure, career paths, goals, and reviews for technical excellence.
• Partner with segment leads to shape highest-impact partnerships and engagements.
• Design cohort-based accelerators, enablement programs, and scalable impact mechanisms.
• Identify partner patterns to inform MCPs, evals, reference implementations, and shared infrastructure.

Requirements

• 10+ years in technical, customer-facing roles (Solutions Architect, Forward Deployed Engineer, etc.) with high-stakes deployments
• 7+ years engineering or technical leadership, preferably scaling global customer-facing teams
• Experience with mission-driven organizations in education, healthcare, research, or nonprofits
• Familiarity with LLM patterns: prompt engineering, evaluation frameworks, agent frameworks, retrieval; Python knowledge
• Track record building teams in ambiguous environments; strong executive presence and communication
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in relevant field
