What you will do

• Provide 1:1 virtual coaching sessions to hirify.global members via the company platform.
• Help members identify and track clear professional goals and become more effective leaders.
• Assist members in problem-solving complex workplace issues and improving communication skills.
• Participate in ongoing ICF-certified coach training to master the hirify.global Coaching Methodology.
• Collaborate with the hirify.global coaching community to share tools, insights, and best practices.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience leading technical research teams in AI/ML, health tech, or space tech.
• Strong technical expertise in theoretical/applied AI/ML, large-scale modeling, computer science, or mathematical sciences.
• Must be based in North America or Europe.
• Ability to dedicate a minimum of 12+ hours per month for at least the next 24 months.
• High emotional intelligence, self-awareness, and a growth-oriented mindset.

Nice to have

• PhD in a relevant technical field.
• Proven track record of publications or patents.
• Previous leadership experience in top-tier research organizations.
