What you will do

• Define animation standards and improve workflows for the Rainbow Six brand and the wider organization.
• Create complex and high-impact animation assets using hand-keyed and motion-capture techniques.
• Collaborate with Directors and Technical Leaders to translate creative vision into cohesive animation standards.
• Mentor artists and animators to raise the overall quality of animation output across the studio.
• Contribute to studio-wide initiatives and help shape the long-term direction of animation.

Requirements

• Portfolio demonstrating solid fundamentals of human kinetics.
• Ability to translate mocap across various game styles, including photorealism, fantasy, and stylized.
• Mastery of 3DS Max or Maya and high proficiency in MotionBuilder.
• Strong understanding of both proprietary and commercial game engines.
• Experience in full development life-cycles within a gameplay environment.
• Current eligibility to live and work in the UK.
