What you will do

• Champion animation excellence for Rainbow Six, defining standards and improving workflows.
• Create complex hand-keyed and motion-capture animation assets for characters, weapons, and gameplay.
• Lead through craft, setting visual benchmarks and guiding teams on high-quality output.
• Collaborate with Directors and cross-discipline teams to translate creative vision into animation standards.
• Research and innovate to enhance pipelines and animation quality studio-wide.
• Support multiple projects and shape long-term animation direction for the franchise.

Requirements

• Portfolio/showreel demonstrating solid fundamentals of human kinetics.
• Ability to translate mocap across game genre styles (photorealism, fantasy, stylised).
• Mastery of 3DS Max or Maya; highly proficient in MotionBuilder.
• Ability to mentor Artists and Animators.
• Strong understanding of game engines (proprietary and commercial).
• Experience in full development lifecycle within gameplay environment; evidence of process and documentation.
