What you will do

• Design and build rigging systems for variety of high-quality assets, focusing on character aesthetics.
• Ensure cohesive visual style across features, with core focus on gameplay character elements like skinning, physics, and modelling.
• Translate mock-ups into high-quality integrated visualisations to guide production and inspire art team.
• Conduct research, participate in peer reviews, and provide constructive feedback to elevate team output.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to communicate director’s vision through realistic character movement and interaction.
• Mentor animators and riggers, contributing to Rainbow Six legacy.

Requirements

• Portfolio/showreel of Character Rigging, ideally with deformation and scene structures.
• Working knowledge of 3DS Max or Maya.
• 3D Modelling experience.
• Ability to mentor Artists and Animators.
• Attention to detail.
• Current eligibility to live and work in the UK (no visa sponsorship).
