What you will do

• Create and maintain unified artistic direction and high creative standards in 3D CGI for product and packaging.
• Collaborate from inception to delivery, solving problems and contributing creatively across global teams.
• Establish quality control, provide creative governance, and ensure continuity in CGI production.
• Communicate project status, timelines, and priorities to creative and project teams.
• Partner with Creative Directors, Designers, Retouchers, and CGI artists to deliver high-quality work on time.
• Develop campaign visuals, participate in brainstorming, and stay updated on trends including AI tools.

Requirements

• Minimum 4+ years experience as 3D CGI Generalist
• Deep expertise in Maya, Houdini, C4D, Nuke, Vray, Redshift; strong in modeling, texturing, lighting, rendering, compositing, retouching.
• 3+ years in CPG content production; high-end product lighting and comping.
• Experience with high-poly meshes, UV unwrapping/packing, file management.
• Proven collaboration in global teams, decision-making, communication, multitasking in fast-paced environments.
• Well-rounded portfolio in campaign development across print, digital, social, motion.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Adobe and Substance suite.
