TL;DR
Head of Marketing (EHS SaaS): Define global go-to-market strategy and lead demand generation for Connected Worker platform integrating AI, AR, and IoT with an accent on product marketing, sales enablement, and partner ecosystems. Focus on building revenue pipelines, competitive intelligence, and positioning as EHS category leader through events, PR, and content.
Hybrid: at least 3 full days per week in Lisbon or Leiria office, Portugal; available to travel 5-10% of time

What you will do
- Define positioning and global Go-to-Market strategy for direct and partner channels.
- Translate complex product features into value-driven stories for EHS leaders.
- Oversee content calendar prioritizing lead generation and funnel progression.
- Lead SEO, SEM, outbound, and social campaigns to drive high-quality pipeline.
- Empower sales with tools, processes, battlecards, and partner enablement kits.
- Manage events, webinars, PR, analyst relations, brand governance, and internal communications.
- Mentor and grow marketing team fostering experimentation and data-driven culture.
Requirements
- 4+ years in B2B SaaS or Industrial Tech marketing
- Proven track record building and leading high-performing marketing teams in growth environments
- Understanding of EHS market landscape and customer pain points
- Excellent verbal/written communication, presentation, sales, leadership, and negotiation skills
- Highly motivated, resilient, adaptable, creative, results-driven with multitasking ability
- Fluent in Portuguese & English
- Available to travel 5-10% of time
Nice to have
- BSc in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering or equivalent
- Fluent in another European language
