What you will do

• Define and execute the inbound growth strategy across key markets and customer profiles.
• Own the end-to-end SEO strategy, including keyword research, content architecture, and technical foundations.
• Implement AI-driven content production and distribution workflows to scale organic acquisition.
• Optimize the inbound funnel through experimentation and data-driven conversion rate optimization.
• Collaborate with Product, Data, and Engineering teams to align growth initiatives with product experience.
• Track and report on growth KPIs such as organic traffic, CAC, and conversion rates.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in SEO, inbound growth, or performance marketing.
• Proven track record of driving measurable organic growth and executing high-level strategies.
• Expertise in search intent, keyword strategy, and content distribution.
• Experience integrating AI tools and automation into marketing workflows.
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable growth insights.
• Must be based in or able to work from Porto (Hybrid) or remotely within Portugal.

Nice to have

• Experience with APIs, no-code/low-code tools, or marketing automation platforms.
• Knowledge of CRO or predictive analytics.
• Background in proptech, hospitality, or marketplaces.
