What you will do

• Assist attorneys with residential and commercial real estate transactions from contract through closing
• Draft, review, and revise real estate documents including purchase agreements, leases, deeds, mortgages, easements, and closing statements
• Prepare closing checklists and coordinate with lenders, title companies, brokers, and clients
• Conduct title and survey reviews, resolve title issues, and order title commitments, estoppels, payoffs, and UCC searches
• Coordinate closings and post-closing matters including recording documents and distributing packages
• Maintain transaction files, ensure documentation accuracy and compliance
• Communicate with clients and third parties for documentation and status updates
• Assist with due diligence including zoning, surveys, and property records review

Requirements

• Located in or able to work on-site in Baltimore, MD
• Strong understanding of real estate law
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple transactions and meet deadlines
• Experience with real estate documents, title reviews, and closings
