Salary: $60,000 – $70,000 per year

What you will do

• Conduct conflict clearance checks for experienced hires, associates, and firm-wide staff.
• Coordinate with Legal Recruiting to verify work history and ensure new hire forms are completed.
• Analyze potential conflict concerns and provide summaries of findings to Conflicts Attorneys.
• Perform formal conflict searches using Boolean logic and corporate research.
• Review engagement letters to ensure accuracy regarding parties, rates, and formatting.
• Review intake forms for compliance with internal policies and prepare orientation documents.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in conflicts at a mid-to-large size law firm.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Demonstrated ability to work timely and accurately.
• Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.

• Experience with IntApp and Aderant.
