What you will do

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for Sales, Marketing, and Client Growth Partner (CGP) positions.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, hiring priorities, and timelines.
  • Develop targeted sourcing strategies using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
  • Screen candidates for sales acumen, leadership capability, cultural fit, and growth potential.
  • Lead complex compensation discussions and negotiations, including base salary, commissions, and variable pay structures.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting within the ATS.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of recruiting experience, with a strong focus on Sales, Marketing, and Client Growth roles.
  • Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Atlanta, GA, United States.
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage end-to-end hiring processes.
  • Strong understanding of sales compensation structures, including commissions and incentive plans.
  • Demonstrated experience managing hiring manager relationships and expectations.
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
