What you will do

• Configure MDIs using established SOPs to support new hardware deployment.
• Prepare and coordinate shipments with proper labeling, documentation, and handling.
• Receive returned MDIs and complete verification.
• Track device replacement status across configured, shipped, returned, and outstanding units.
• Ensure compliance with configuration, handling, and documentation procedures.
• Collaborate with delivery and technical teams to support timely replacement execution.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or similar field.
• Experience and familiarity with Linux OS required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Detail oriented with an analytical mindset, strong numerical skills.
• Ability to multi-task, take initiative, and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders.
