Hourly Pay Range: $18.00/hr to $30.00/hr

What you will do

• Solve complex problems and implement innovative solutions under supervision.
• Participate in root cause analysis and develop vetted solutions.
• Communicate problems and solutions cross-functionally.
• Monitor process and equipment performance, identify improvements for yield, efficiency, and throughput.
• Assist with fixture design, tooling acquisition, equipment qualifications, and process validations.
• Develop, characterize, and optimize processes using statistical techniques; participate in project planning.
• Assist with training assemblers, quality control, and technicians.

Requirements

• High school diploma and currently enrolled in Bachelor’s degree program for Engineering, Physical Sciences or related technical field.
• Willingness and ability to work onsite in Roseville, CA.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and move between buildings and floors.
• Adhere to Quality Management System (QMS) and relevant regulations.

Nice to have

• Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and other office tools.
