Location: Roseville, CA (onsite required)
Hourly Pay Range: $18.00/hr to $30.00/hr

What you will do
- Solve complex problems and implement innovative solutions under supervision.
- Participate in root cause analysis and develop vetted solutions.
- Communicate problems and solutions cross-functionally.
- Monitor process and equipment performance, identify improvements for yield, efficiency, and throughput.
- Assist with fixture design, tooling acquisition, equipment qualifications, and process validations.
- Develop, characterize, and optimize processes using statistical techniques; participate in project planning.
- Assist with training assemblers, quality control, and technicians.
Requirements
- High school diploma and currently enrolled in Bachelor’s degree program for Engineering, Physical Sciences or related technical field.
- Willingness and ability to work onsite in Roseville, CA.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and move between buildings and floors.
- Adhere to Quality Management System (QMS) and relevant regulations.
Nice to have
- Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and other office tools.
