What you will do

• Manage, configure, and administer core IT applications like Google Workspace, Atlassian, Salesforce, Slack.
• Write glue code for SaaS integrations to boost internal efficiency.
• Handle full hardware lifecycle including asset management for laptops, phones, iPads.
• Ensure smooth onboarding, maintain workplace operations, OS updates, security tools.
• Configure devices (iOS, macOS, Windows), track IT issues, document solutions.
• Collaborate on internal tools, service KPIs, manage suppliers and budgets, improve security.

Requirements

• Fluent in business-level English (internal working language).
• Solid experience managing SaaS apps (MacOS, Windows, Google Workspace, Active Directory, iOS, Android, MS Office).
• Proven achievements in hardware/device management systems.
• Experience in high-pace startup or SaaS environments.
• Customer-obsessed, multitasker, calm under pressure, idea generator.
