What you will do

• Provide professional helpdesk support to internal colleagues for hardware and software inquiries.
• Coordinate and execute onboarding for new employees, ensuring technical setup from day one.

• Maintain and update technical documentation for knowledge sharing.
• Manage and track IT inventory to ensure all assets are accounted for.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in Information Technology, Computer Science, or comparable field.
• Initial experience in IT support or strong passion for troubleshooting hardware/software issues.
• Reliable, structured working style with high service orientation.
• Ability to explain complex technical issues simply.
• Fluency in English and German required.
