What you will do

• Lead the Cloud Support Team to exceed SLAs, CSAT, and NPS through continuous customer success advocacy.
• Challenge the status quo with entrepreneurial vision to deliver outstanding service from Germany.
• Bridge technical and business teams, understanding their cultures and objectives.
• Promote greater digital sovereignty in Europe beyond basic server management.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years uninterrupted leadership experience in teams of 5+ in relevant environment
• Must be located in Berlin (proximity to Ostkreuz a plus)
• Excellent command of English and German required
• Familiarity with daily use of AI tools essential
• Willingness to pass Sicherheitsüberprüfung 2 (SÜ2) mandatory
