What you will do

• Map and optimize customer journeys for Credit Cards Platform Data team, supporting acquisition and engagement targets.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate needs into GCP data solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Integrate customer insights to shape priorities, design decisions, and data-driven outcomes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Data Engineering for effective, integrated solutions.
• Act as customer advocate, identifying process improvements via analysis and problem-solving.
• Support research, evaluate proposals, contribute to planning, and develop through learning/mentoring.

Requirements

• 3+ years in product management with focus on customer journey mapping/optimisation, ideally in data environment.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and create actionable strategies.
• Ability to identify/implement process improvements.
• Grasp of technology for customer experiences and data management systems.
• Working knowledge of data delivery (GCP advantageous).

Nice to have

• Agile/Scrum experience with JIRA/Confluence.
• Regulatory change initiatives and governance.
