What you will do

• Own and execute the entire Pricing and Reference Data investment program throughout all SDLC phases.
• Lead and mentor Project Managers, acting as primary client and stakeholder leader.
• Create project plans with engineering and product stakeholders, managing scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and quality.
• Establish cross-functional collaboration, best practices, and transparent communication.
• Collect feedback to shape requirements and drive business outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree; 10+ years in project/program/portfolio management in Financial Services or FinTech.
• 10+ years working with engineers, product development, senior stakeholders, and clients.
• PMP, PgMP, SAFe or equivalent certifications.
• Experience leading complex programs in reference data, market data, real-time processing; cloud (AWS preferred).
• Leadership of global remote teams; Servant-Leadership; intermediate knowledge of financial instruments.
• Strong communication to translate technical features into business benefits.
