Focus on evolving CMS platforms, driving AI across content lifecycle, and measuring impact beyond traditional metrics.

Location: Hybrid in Bristol, Birmingham, Edinburgh, Halifax or Leeds (at least 2 days per week or 40% of time in office)

Salary: £78,098 - £91,880

What you will do

• Set long-term digital strategy for LloydsBankingGroup.com aligned to corporate priorities and transformation agenda.
• Lead evolution to GEO, engineer content for AI retrieval and adoption of AI in content lifecycle.
• Own investment, budgets and commercial decisions balancing ambition with pragmatism and risk.
• Lead multidisciplinary team in website management, content, optimisation, analytics and AI delivery.
• Drive CMS evolution with reusable components, AI-ready templates and modular content models.
• Define measurement frameworks focused on impact, AI visibility and efficiency, reporting to senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• Senior digital leader comfortable with autonomy, influencing at Director/ExCo/Board level.
• Proven experience leading teams through change in complex regulated environments.
• Deep expertise in content strategy, SEO/GEO, AI workflows, CMS and structured content.
• Strategic problem-solving, budget ownership and balancing innovation with compliance.
• Expert communication and relationship-building across stakeholders.
