TL;DR

Past Results Administrator: Delivering accurate and timely processing of past results requests, verifications, personal identity services, and subject access requests with an accent on data integrity, regulatory compliance, and customer service. Focus on managing multiple priorities under deadlines, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring Ofqual-regulated service level agreements are met.

Location: Hybrid (minimum 2 days per week in the Manchester office)

Salary: £24,000 to £26,000

What you will do

  • Process Past Results-related requests accurately across services like verifications, personal identity, and subject access requests
  • Manage requests compliantly within regulated service level agreements while maintaining data accuracy
  • Deliver high-quality customer service via CRM, email, phone, and in-person interactions
  • Collaborate with teams like Customer Services, Print and Logistics, GDPR, and Exams Integrity
  • Contribute to continuous improvement, process efficiency, and compliance with policies
  • Use systems like Microsoft Office, CRM databases, and reporting tools to meet delivery targets

Requirements

  • Location: Hybrid with minimum 2 days per week in Manchester office, increasing during peak periods
  • Experience in office environment and administrative tasks
  • Strong attention to detail for reviewing and checking documentation at pace
  • Clear professional communication, written and verbal, with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and openness to new systems like CRM
