Salary: £35,000 - £50,000 a year

What you will do
- Provide proactive executive support to EVP Sales EMEA, managing calendars, travel, expenses, and briefing materials.
- Coordinate Executive Briefing Centre logistics, including room bookings, catering, IT/AV support, agendas, and follow-ups.
- Act as primary point of contact for UK office operations, maintaining spaces, systems, and vendor relationships.
- Organize internal meetings, town halls, and events for UK employees.
- Handle HR administrative tasks like onboarding/offboarding, recruitment coordination, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Resolve day-to-day employee queries on office, events, and basic HR processes.
Requirements
- Must have right to work in the UK; no visa sponsorship.
- Experience in at least two areas: office coordination, executive support, event/briefing coordination, or HR administration.
- Strong organisational skills for multiple priorities in fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management with senior leaders and clients.
- Proven end-to-end event, meeting, or customer experience coordination.
- High professionalism, discretion, attention to detail, and independent decision-making.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365; 3–5 years relevant experience.
Nice to have
- Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce.
- Exposure to HR/recruitment administration.
- Experience in executive briefings, corporate hospitality, or B2B events.
- Relevant qualifications in business administration, events management, or professional training.
