What you will do

• Answer and transfer calls professionally, take accurate messages, and pass them to relevant people.
• Handle queries and email documents.
• Perform filing, scanning, stock counting, and data input duties.
• Keep attendance records and assist with expediting reports.
• Arrange company vehicle servicing, MOT, repairs, and insurance claims.
• Order stationery and handle additional ad hoc duties as required.

Requirements

• Drive, self-motivation, and commitment to deliver excellence.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
• Highly organised, able to multitask, work to tight deadlines with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proactive, able to use initiative, team player with flexible approach.
• Good MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Previous office administration experience advantageous.
