What you will do

• Own the 6-12 month technical roadmap for AWS infrastructure, networking, observability, and CI/CD.
• Lead AWS cloud operations, automation, security, and cost optimization across the platform.
• Drive global infrastructure integration for new subsidiaries and M&A activities.
• Oversee team delivery, sprint planning, KPIs for uptime, security, costs, and velocity.
• Manage engineers, Tech Leads, performance, hiring, and foster ownership culture.
• Handle operational support, SLAs, on-call rotas, and audit relationships.

Requirements

• 3+ years Engineering Management experience with direct team leadership
• Mandatory experience in highly regulated industry (FinTech, Finance) with compliance and audit management
• Deep expertise in large-scale AWS, Kubernetes, Containerization, Terraform, IaC, modern CI/CD.
• Experience in Observability, Platform Security (IAM, Network), Infrastructure Cost Management.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
