Fast-growing PropTech company based in Manchester, creating technology to improve the UK property industry through products like Street.co.uk and Spectre.

What you will do

• Manage a pipeline of new customer onboards from sign-up to full setup and handover to Customer Success.
• Run onboarding calls via Google Meet, guide clients through product setup, training, and queries.
• Get clients confident and excited about using Spectre’s suite of products.
• Collaborate with the team to evolve and improve the onboarding process.

Requirements

• Proven customer-facing experience (retail, hospitality, etc.).
• Clear, confident communicator (written and verbal).
• Organised and process-oriented for managing multiple onboards.
• Genuine curiosity about software and tech; ability to explain complexity simply.
• Eligible to live and work in the UK.
