What you will do

• Own key metrics like activation, retention, and monetization
• Identify bottlenecks and turn them into growth opportunities
• Define, prioritize, and deliver features and improvements
• Drive initiatives from insight to hypothesis, experiments, and shipped impact
• Collaborate with design on intuitive, high-converting UX
• Coordinate UX, content, data, and coaching/chat systems
• Analyze data to uncover opportunities and iterate quickly

Requirements

• 5+ years in Product Management, ideally consumer/subscription products
• Proven track record shipping improvements that move core metrics
• Strong ownership, driving from problem to delivery
• Experience with design and UX-driven products
• Deep experimentation skills (A/B testing, hypothesis-driven)
• Strong analytics and cross-functional orchestration
