What you will do

• Own end-to-end lifecycle of AI products in TeleSales
• Design and launch conversational AI bots for cold outreach and lead qualification
• Develop and optimize dialogue flows and user journeys
• Define and track key funnel metrics like conversion rate, lead quality, cost per lead
• Run experiments and A/B tests to improve performance
• Collaborate with engineering, data, and sales teams on integrations and improvements
• Evaluate new AI tools, models, and solutions
• Work with data: write SQL queries, extract data, build dashboards

Requirements

• 3+ years as Product Manager
• 2+ years with AI-driven products
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in metrics, experimentation, hypothesis testing
• Solid understanding of AI/ML fundamentals and practical application
• Understanding of sales funnels and/or telesales experience
• Ability to translate business needs into clear product requirements
• Comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous environment

Nice to have

• Experience with conversational AI (voice or chat bots)
• Experience with growth funnels, acquisition, performance marketing
• Hands-on with LLMs, speech-to-text/text-to-speech
• Background in fintech or high-scale B2C products
• Running AI experiments in production
