What you will do
- Drive ARPU growth by at least 15% QoQ as primary KPI, owning the subscription product end-to-end.
- Shape product vision and roadmap using user data, market research, and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Design, prototype, and validate features using AI tools like Claude, then lead implementation.
- Build and own metrics layer including dashboards, performance reviews, and actionable reports.
- Analyze user sessions, cohorts, and behaviors to detect friction, drop-offs, and monetization gaps.
- Lead cross-functional teams to ship features quickly while maintaining quality and velocity.
- Foster performance-driven culture with accountability and rapid iteration.
Requirements
- Located within ±4 hours of CET for collaboration.
- 5+ years in product management with proven track record on subscription-based digital products.
- Demonstrated success improving ARPU/ARPPU with quantifiable outcomes.
- Hands-on analytical skills with Mixpanel funnels, cohorts, and custom dashboards.
- AI fluency using tools like Claude for prototyping, research, and execution.
- Advanced knowledge of retention, churn reduction, and lifecycle optimization.
- Strong UI/UX principles and experience leading cross-functional teams.
