What you will do

• Provide service and recommendations on distribution, rollover options, consolidation, and contribution strategies.
• Deliver personalized consultations to help customers achieve their specific retirement goals.
• Manage inbound and outbound calls, research complex issues, and implement customer strategies.
• Identify referral opportunities for advanced financial wellness and taxable investment strategies.
• Meet monthly and annual asset growth and retention/service targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
• Fluent in English.
• Ability to work overnight hours.
• FINRA Series 7 and 66 (or 63 and 65) license required within corporate timelines.
• Proven success in performance or goal-oriented roles, specifically in asset growth and retention.
• Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office Software.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce software.
• Knowledge of record keeping systems.
• Solid consulting skills and understanding of the qualified retirement plan environment.
