What you will do

• Execute product and general ledger accounting and manage month-end closure procedures.
• Prepare regulatory reports, Balance Sheets, and P&L statements while ensuring quality controls.
• Manage intercompany reconciliation processes, invoices, accruals, and asset management activities.
• Develop management information reports and dashboards to provide business insights.
• Ensure full compliance with global Accounting Standards and the internal financial reporting framework.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align turnaround times and coordinate the remediation of accounting breaks.

Requirements

• Professional experience in financial, management, or cost accounting and reporting.
• Capability to handle regulatory reporting and solve complex accounting discrepancies.
• Strong stakeholder management skills to foster proactive and consultative partnerships.
• Ability to resolve reporting and system issues to meet strict daily and monthly obligations.
• Experience in maintaining and updating policy and procedure documentation.
• Must be based in Manila, Philippines.
