What you will do

• Manage SharePoint for the company and provide helpdesk support.
• Perform advanced problem diagnosis, error resolution, and equipment setup/repair.
• Assist with network and server troubleshooting and patching.
• Resolve incidents associated with standard end-user software, hardware, and mobile technologies.
• Provide off-site technical support for company-sponsored functions and meetings.
• Analyze technical issues to identify root causes and suggest appropriate solutions.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of work experience in technology services or a consulting environment.
• Must be located within 30 miles of the Baltimore, MD area and be able to travel for urgent IT issues.
• High proficiency with SharePoint tools and management.
• High proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong networking capabilities.
