What you will do

• Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
• Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to improve targeting.
• Monitor and optimize campaigns to achieve KPIs such as CPL, CPA, and ROAS.
• Develop and implement A/B testing strategies for ads, creatives, and landing pages.
• Analyze campaign performance and generate regular reports with insights and recommendations.
• Manage ad budgets and collaborate with creative teams to develop high-performing ad copy and visuals.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Meta Ads and/or Google Ads Specialist or Performance Marketer.
• Hands-on experience managing paid campaigns with measurable results.
• Solid understanding of PPC, conversion tracking, and funnel optimization.
• Proficiency with Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and tag/pixel setup.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data for performance optimization.
• Ability to work flexible hours within Sydney business hours.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of landing page optimization.
• Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint.
