TL;DR

Product Manager Growth (Social & Followers): Own the social layer connecting travelers and followers through sharing features, growth loops, and engagement mechanics like likes, comments, and trip interactions. Focus on driving key metrics such as MAU, sharing rates, and social engagement via experiments, data-driven decisions, and cross-team collaboration with Growth & Marketing.

Location: Hybrid in Amsterdam – office 2 days a week required, work from home otherwise. Option to work from another country for up to 8 weeks a year.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end Social & Follower experience, including sharing, growth loops, likes, comments, and trip interactions.
• Drive growth for MAU, sharing rates, and social engagement metrics.
• Design and run experiments to validate ideas quickly.
• Collaborate with Growth & Marketing to align product with acquisition and retention goals.
• Break down complex problems into testable stories with clear outcomes.
• Celebrate incremental progress and team wins.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of PM experience, ideally in Growth PM role
• Data fluent: form hypotheses, run experiments, make decisions from data
• Solid UX/UI understanding for app experiences driving growth
• Experience with app-first B2C consumer products
• Growth and marketing mindset: funnels, loops, retention mechanics
• Humble, collaborative team player

Nice to have

• Experience with social or community features, or sharing-core products
