IT Program Manager (Fintech)

Location: Arlington, TX, United States (Hybrid, 2 days a week in office)

What you will do

• Communicate across executives, engineers, architects, business, and shared services.
• Lead tech standardization to streamline tools supporting business needs.
• Build reusable services backlog and execute development activities.
• Foster relationships with product teams to identify reuse opportunities.
• Create lifecycle processes for reusable services and tech standards.
• Document, present, and enforce standards to technical and leadership audiences.

Requirements

• 7-10 years in technology leadership; 3-5 years as technical program/development manager
• 10+ years background in Java/.NET development as developer/lead/architect
• Experience managing microservices, event-driven architecture, REST APIs
• Strong cloud knowledge, preferably Azure
• Excellent project management, leadership, and stakeholder skills
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; PMP/Scrum Master certification preferred
