What you will do

• Build and organize an equity compensation resource site on the DV intranet.
• Develop clear, employee-friendly content explaining equity incentive plans and processes.
• Create FAQs, guides, and educational materials related to equity compensation.
• Develop visuals and diagrams to illustrate key concepts like grant, vesting, and exercise.
• Organize content into a logical site structure and navigation.
• Coordinate with HR, Legal, and Finance teams for content accuracy and clarity.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, HR, Communications, or related field
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Strong organizational and research abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
• Interest in HR, compensation, or employee benefits
• Basic experience creating visual or educational content
