What you will do

• Assemble electro-mechanical components, sub-assemblies, and systems according to drawings and schematics.
• Perform mechanical assembly using hand tools, power tools, and fixtures.
• Wire components including connectors, cables, harnesses, and terminals.
• Solder through-hole and surface mount components.
• Perform basic testing, troubleshooting, and inspection of assemblies.
• Maintain accurate production and quality documentation.

Requirements

• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and mechanical drawings.
• Experience in electro-mechanical assembly and soldering.
• Knowledge of ESD, safety, and quality procedures.
• Must be based in or able to commute to Stevensville, MD.
