What you will do

• Assemble electro-mechanical components and sub-assemblies based on engineering drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
• Install, align, and adjust mechanical and electrical components to ensure proper system functioning.
• Perform precision soldering, wiring, and cable harnessing.
• Test assembled systems and troubleshoot issues to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate documentation of assembly processes, measurements, and test results.
• Collaborate with engineers to resolve design and manufacturing issues and improve productivity.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or vocational training is preferred.
• Proven experience in electro-mechanical assembly within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, schematics, and technical documentation.
• Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, soldering equipment, and measurement instruments.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, stoop, or bend for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and problem-solving skills.
