Product Designer (Fintech): Designing and optimizing user-facing experiences for cross-border selling and global payment infrastructure with an accent on localization for APAC and emerging markets. Location: Primary location is Singapore; however, the company may consider candidates in other locations.

Salary: S$168,000 - S$252,000

What you will do

• Envision and design new features for the Stripe Dashboard and checkout surfaces.
• Develop localization strategies for priority geographies across Asia-Pacific and emerging markets.
• Partner with product, engineering, and go-to-market teams to define the product vision and "north star" experiences.
• Produce high-fidelity prototypes for user research testing and internal communication.
• Conduct UXR to validate and iterate on design decisions before shipping.
• Collaborate with design systems teams to leverage and improve templates and components.

Requirements

• 6+ years of relevant design experience at a product-driven tech company.
• Strong design craft demonstrated through a professional portfolio.
• Proven skills in high-fidelity prototyping using the latest AI tools.
• Experience collaborating closely with engineering teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
