What you will do

• Manage end-to-end execution of financing transactions across debt, equity-linked, asset-backed, and structured capital solutions.
• Develop capital structure strategy, assessing trade-offs in cost, maturity, flexibility, and dilution.
• Build financial models for leverage capacity, scenarios, and financing alternatives.
• Prepare board-level materials, financing proposals, and investment memoranda.
• Lead cross-functional execution for complex transactions, coordinating stakeholders and advisors.
• Act as key contact with financing counterparties and support M&A/strategic investments.

Requirements

• 7–10 years in investment banking (DCM, ECM, Leveraged Finance, Structured Finance, or private credit).
• Proven track record leading financing transactions from structuring to closing.
• Strong experience in US and European capital markets.
• Deep expertise in debt, equity-linked, asset-backed, and structured capital products.
• Advanced financial modelling, capital structure analysis, and stress testing.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication for senior audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience in AI, high-growth tech, or digital infrastructure.
• Exposure to M&A and transaction evaluation.
