Requirements

• Knowledge of corporate finance, equity/debt capital markets, and valuation methodologies.
• Understanding of M&A, IPO processes, and regulatory disclosures.
• Must be based in the United Kingdom.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to explicitly articulate reasoning processes ("showing your work").
