What you will do

• Lead day-to-day execution of transactions including Sell-Side/Buy-Side M&A, private capital raises, and public offerings
• Prepare and review marketing documents, financial models, manage marketing and due diligence processes
• Analyze financing alternatives, negotiate documentation, and structure transactions
• Assist senior bankers in business development and contribute to revenue targets through deal opportunities
• Manage, train, and develop Associates and Analysts
• Build client trust through needs identification, project leadership, and relationship development

Requirements

• Strong transaction history in M&A or Capital Markets; Aerospace and Defense or Government Services preferred
• MBA preferred with 3+ years investment banking experience, or undergraduate degree with 6+ years
• Strong financial modeling, computer proficiency, verbal/written communication
• Ability to lead teams, interact with executives, business development
• Superior work ethic, teamwork, judgment, discretion with confidential info
• Series 79 (or Series 7) and 63 licenses preferred; required upon hiring if not held
