Senior Technical Animator (Rainbow Six)

What you will do

• Design and build character rigging systems for high-quality game assets.
• Develop gameplay character elements including skinning, physics, modelling, and animation systems.
• Translate mock-ups into integrated visualisations that support production and communicate the director's creative vision.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to maintain a cohesive visual style.
• Conduct research, participate in peer reviews, and provide constructive feedback.
• Mentor artists and animators while contributing to the development of realistic AAA game characters.

Requirements

• Portfolio or showreel demonstrating character rigging, ideally including deformation and scene structures.
• Working knowledge of industry-standard 3D software such as 3DS Max or Maya.
• Experience with 3D modelling.
• Ability to mentor artists and animators.
• Strong attention to detail and, ideally, experience across a full game development lifecycle.
• Current eligibility to live and work in the UK is required; visa sponsorship is not available.
